Freelance Paralegal & Legal Assistant Needed

Our freelance paralegal and legal assistant business is urgently seeking an experienced civil litigation subcontractor (1099) based in or near San Diego, with the ability to commute regularly. The law firm requires someone who can be onsite weekly, if not more frequently.

Position Details:

Initial Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month

Potential Increase: Up to 25 hours per week

Requirements:

Compliance with CA Business and Professions Code Section 6450

Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation

Preferably experienced in freelancing and not currently a full-time employee
