Associate Attorney positions available for our employment law practice. Our firm has existed for over thirty years, has had well over 5,000 clients during that time and has the highest (A+) rating from the San Diego County Better Business Bureau. We offer very interesting legal work which includes advising and guiding clients (mainly employees,ex-employees and plaintiffs),Federal and State employment litigation,and representing clients in various other employment tribunals. These positions require good judgement, an interest in employment law, the ability and confidence to be comfortable practicing without close supervision (after training if needed), and good legal research and legal writing skills.
