Legal Support - Client Service Rep

Knox Attorney Service, Inc. is looking for a full-time Legal Support Client Service Rep Monday through Friday 8 - 5 p.m. This position requires customer service and support to clients on their incoming work requests for service of process and legal support services from start to finish. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail. Computer experience in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Will be trained on the company’s proprietary computer program. Legal background and knowledge of the courts is helpful but will train. Must be professional and responsible.
