Hiring a cleaner for two Mobile home Communities

Equity lifestyle Properties Inc. is looking for a full-time cleaner to join their growing team, This candidate will work a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday between two Mobilehome Communities: Spring Valley and Santee.

(2 days in Spring Valley and 3 days in Santee) reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities: includes but not limited to upkeep of the common areas, buildings and orderly and help make a good first impression for customers.

Ideal candidate: Has strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and prior cleaning experience and be a good communicator.

Hourly Salary: $18 to $20 plus benefits

We do a full background check.

Must have a current valid Driver’s License and be able to drive a golf cart.
