Our non-profit horse ranch is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Part-Time Ranch Worker to join our team. Located in the beautiful surroundings of Black Mountain Rd near Mercy Rd, our facility offers a unique opportunity to work with nature and a community that cares.

What We Offer:

- Compensation: $20 per hour

- Schedule: Saturday - Sunday, 7 AM - 4 PM

- Work Environment: Outdoor, hands-on work in all weather conditions

Key Responsibilities:

- Horse Care: Feed horses twice a day, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

- Stall Management: Muck horse stalls and maintain a clean, safe environment for our horses.

- Manure Handling: Haul and dump manure to keep our facilities in top shape.

- Gardening and Property Cleanup: Engage in gardening tasks and general property maintenance to keep our ranch looking its best.

Physical Demands:

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

- Requires walking, pushing, bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Skills and Requirements:

- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Spanish speakers are welcomed, but a basic understanding of English is necessary.

- NO cash payments. Taxes are withheld to ensure compliance.
