Maintenance Handyman needed immediately

Maintenance handyman needed, make units rent ready. Position available immediately.

Must know plumbing, carpentry, electrical, install LVP flooring, prep and painting a must.

Monday through Friday 8 am-4:30 pm with alternating schedules for emergency evening and weekend calls.

Good attitude and ready to learn.
