Painting

Blind Installation and Repairs

Baseboard Installation

Floor Repairs

Drywall Patching

Toilet Repairs

Drain Clearing

Sink and Faucet Installation

Replace Garbage Disposal

Ceiling Fan and Light Fixtures Installation

Replace Electrical Outlets and Switches

Appliance (Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Laundry, etc.) Installations or Repairs

Cabinet (Drawer and Door) Repairs

Exterior and Interior Door Lock Installation

Closet Door Track and Guide Repairs

· May be required to work at more than one location

Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:

Valid driver’s license; valid vehicle insurance

Good communication written and oral in English

Being able to work one weekend day and share in after hour calls

Sitting, standing, walking, squatting, climbing, crawling, overhead reaching, lifting, carrying, stretching, gripping, etc.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Safely operate golf carts.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay Start Rate: Base on experience.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
