We are a licensed general contractor based in the state of California specializing in water and mold mitigation. As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced subcontractors to collaborate on the reconstruction phase of restoration projects.

Requirements:

California License: All subcontractors must be licensed by the state of California.

Insurance: Adequate insurance coverage is mandatory.

Worker Compensation: If you have employees, a valid worker compensation policy is required.

Job Details:

The majority of our projects are residential.

Reconstruction involves drywall, texture, paint, cabinets, tile, flooring, and more.

We handle a variety of restoration projects, often involving insurance claims.

Reconstruction prices are based on industry-standard insurance price lists.
