Registered Dental Assistant/Invisalign Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our amazing team! With the recent addition of a second doctor to our practice, we are excited to expand our team and are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of our dental team, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Taking X-rays

Obtaining high-quality intra-oral photos

Digital scanning

Chairside assisting during procedures

Engaging with patients to ensure comfort and understanding

Sterilization and preparation of instruments and rooms

Clear and precise documentation

Cross-training in basic front office tasks

Coordinating all Invisalign treatments

Maintaining clinical organization

Completing daily task lists

Qualifications:

Active RDA certification (or near completion)

Invisalign experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
