Male caregiver needed for our grandpa (private)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable male caregiver to provide care for our grandpa in Mira Mesa. The ideal candidate has elder care experience and a genuine love for helping people. Filipino speaking preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Assist with bathing and personal hygiene

+ Assist with mobility transition (sitting/standing)

+ Provide companionship and conversation

+ Manage daily medication

+ Assist with walking and exercises

+ Transport to doctor's appointments

+ Occasional outings to: beach, church, McDonald's, etc.

+ Light housekeeping

Qualifications (Required):

+ CNA or caregiver certification

+ Patient, empathetic, and kind

+ Reliable and on-time

+ Driver's license and proof of insurance

+ Clear background check

+ Work references

+ English speaking

Qualifications (Preferred):

+ Cebuano (or Tagalog) speaking

+ CNA/nursing experience

+ Experience in elder caregiving

+ Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:00pm
