Hiring Servers for New Encinitas Hotspot – Rosemarie’s Buns & Brews

Rosemarie’s Buns & Brews is expanding to Encinitas, and we’re looking for incredibly Rad, experienced, outgoing, hospitality-focused servers to join our opening team. If you enjoy great food, building a work family, at a busy, beach-town environment, this is the right fit.

Rosemarie’s is a family-built, award-winning slider concept known for chef-driven food, genuine hospitality, and a laid-back SoCal feel. Our Encinitas space features an open-air design, backyard-style seating, and a culture rooted in community and connection.

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, high-energy personalities

Strong multitaskers comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Professional communication and presentation

Team players who enjoy connecting with guests

Experience in counter-service or full-service restaurants preferred

Weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

Take guest orders accurately and confidently

Run food and maintain an organized workspace

Deliver a warm, welcoming experience every shift

Support both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations

Upsell beers, specials, and award winning signature sliders

Represent the Rosemarie’s brand with professionalism
