We are currently looking to hand select our opening crew for the reopening of Starlite.

We are looking for seasoned individuals who have an eye for detail and an innate ability to connect deeply with others. We will only consider candidates with a minimum of 4 years experience working in reputable establishments. We want a crew who is willing to learn and willing to teach us. Our work is personal, and life is too short to work with people you don’t like or respect.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.

Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.

Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

A positive attitude and willingness to help others on the team are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
