Hiring Kitchen Staff - New Restaurant - VULTURE & DREAMBOAT

From the team behind KINDRED and MOTHERSHIP comes a new dual-concept located in the enchanting neighborhood of University Heights. VULTURE (Mid Century American Continental Fine Dining) and DREAMBOAT (all day micro-Diner) is looking to hire its entire kitchen crew for its opening in January/February 2025, including Sous Chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, pastry cooks, bar prep cooks, and dishwashers.

VULTURE and DREAMBOAT's culinary program comes from the inspired collaboration between Chefs Pancho Castellón (previously of Serea Coastal Cuisine and Michelin starred Niku Steak House) and Ryan Costanza (Atelier Crenn, Dija Mara, Present Tense, etc). The menu and techniques offer an incredible opportunity for new and experienced chefs to learn and execute something wildly different, and to gain experience in the opening of a high volume restaurant.
