Line Cook -Vintana

Vintana Wine + Dine, located on the Penthouse Level of The Centre at Lexus Escondido, is now hiring for experienced and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Applicants must be willing to be trained on more than one station, be self-starting, and have a positive, Guest-first attitude. Culture is a main focus, and we foster a fun but professional work environment.

Cooks must have 2 years’ experience in an upscale high volume dining restaurant, a sincere passion for cooking, be guest-focused, and have excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, and have an energetic team mentality with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Weekend and Holiday availability is a must
