We are looking for a Cook for our Cafe.

We want people that are excited to come to work and excited to produce a great product for our guests.

We have 1 position available. This position is Saturday and Sunday Part Time - 2 shifts per week.

Shifts include the following:

Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Cook Duties to Include:

- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts. Maintain accurate food inventories.

- Rotate stock items.

- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.

- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.

- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line station to ensure a smooth service period.

- Ensure Prep area and Kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.

- Strong understanding of execution and food quality.

- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures, food Safety and sanitation practices.

- Pizza knowledge a plus.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen

Preparation and cooking.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Be able to reach, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.

Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
