California, San diego, 92101 San diego USAWe are looking for some passioned culinarians to join our team at Ember & Rye by celebrity Chef Richard Blais and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Bautista at the Park Hyatt Aviara.
We are looking for line cook for PM line cooks that have a passion for their craft, care for others and their workplace and focus on details. We are committed on teaching and developing culinarians in our industry and promote from within to ensure continuity in our high quality standards.
Qualifications include:
Refined verbal communication skills.
3 years of previous fine dining restaurant line cook experience.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
