Line Cook & Prep Cook

Our Line/Prep cooks are responsible for preparing quality food and ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.

Our ideal Line/Prep cook will have a passion for culinary arts and be proficient in food preparation and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Preparing, peeling, and chopping ingredients in preparation for cooking

Assisting in cooking and preparing menu items in accordance with recipes

Organizing and maintaining workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment

Maintaining a sanitized and organized kitchen and ensuring all food and other items are stored properly

Monitoring stock and placing orders when necessary
