Bekker's Catering is looking for an experienced cook or chef to join our team as our lead cook.

I am looking for someone who is interested in a long-term career who is dependable.

The Schedule is usually 5-6 days per week / starting at 6-8am - 4:30pm. Some early mornings / later evenings depending on event schedule. (40 - 60 Hours per week)

Compensation: $26+/hr + Tips / Bonus - Depending on Experience and Ability

This Position starts at $26+ /Hr + Approx. $2-3/Hr in Tips. Plus, performance bonuses.

Pay Range for this position $26+/Hr + Tips / Bonus

Responsibilities:

Assisting executive chef and kitchen manager with all kitchen duties

Have knowledge of cooking methods and safety and sanitation principles

Must be a team player and able to take direction and criticism

Ability to work fast and accurately while ensuring all recipes and quality control guidelines are met

Must be willing to work weekends, mornings, and holidays

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and capable of being on your feet for entire shift

Have reliable transportation and be on time
