We are The MexicanBar, a newer Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Poway. We pride ourselves on delivering authentic flavors with a traditional flare, and we’re looking for a dedicated bartender who shares our passion for great service and hospitality.

Key Qualifications:

Proficient in making craft cocktails with attention to detail.

Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Open availability with a strong sense of urgency.

A love for working with people and creating memorable experiences.

Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond bartending, including cleaning and following checklists to ensure a smooth operation.
