Positions Available: FOH Manager, Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities:

- FOH Manager:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations

- Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff

- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Shift Leader:

- Support the FOH Manager in managing daily operations

- Lead shifts and coordinate staff duties

- Monitor and maintain service quality standards

- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering

Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
