We are seeking Managers, Counter Service, & Cooks to join our team for the new Hawaiian Beach Shack concept. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow within our hospitality group.

The Haole Shack, from The Grind & Prosper Hospitality group located on the picturesque boardwalk of Pacific Beach. Our mission is simple - to provide our customers with mouth-watering Smashburgers, delectable Teriyaki Bowls, and refreshing Shaved Ice while embodying the laid-back and friendly atmosphere of a classic Hawaiian beach shack. We'll be there for the sunny afternoon or a late night bite!

AM/AFTERNOON/NIGHT Shifts

!Hourly plus $TIPSpaid weekly!

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
