AM/PM FOH Shift Lead at French Bakery/Cafe

FOH Shift Lead positions available

Parfait Paris is seeking motivated, professional, friendly and confident team members to sell our French tasty products in our French Bakery and Pastry Café. We are currently hiring for the following locations:

-Del Mar Highlands

-Gaslamp

-Fashion Valley Mall

-Coronado Ferry Landing

POSITION AVAILABLE NOW

- MUST HAVE WEEKDAYS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS AVAILABLE

Starts Part time and can evolve to full time.

- Shift Lead about $22-$26/hr ($17.05/hrs and tips)

Responsibilities:

- Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their food/drinks and take action to correct any problems.

- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, etc

- Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.

- Inform customers of daily specials.

- Have barista Skills and know how to make cappuccino, latte macchiato, mocha, espresso

- Receive guest payments and process transactions.

- Make crepes and/or sandwiches per orders

- Opening and Closing side work before or after your shift

- run food and buss tables (for Gaslamp store only)

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience

- FAST LEARNER

- Barista Experience

- Quick thinking and problem solving

- Flexibility with schedule

- Passionate about Food and specially French baked goods

- Language skills: must write and speak with excellent command of the English language
