Brunch Cook & Dish Washer Needed @Gossip Grill

Gossip Grill is a woman forward LGBT+ safe space and we're looking to expand our BOH family! We pride ourselves in being the last of a dying breed and a tight knit family. We need a motivated individual who wants to come hang with the cool kids and who is willing to put in the hard work to help keep the amazing people of Hillcrest fed in a timely and quality forward manner.

PROVEN PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Position:

Brunch Cook Saturdays & Sundays 7-2 AM

Dishwasher/On call Cook Wednesdays & Fridays 6-11 PM, Saturdays & Sundays 11-3 PM

As we get into the busier months and pride, more hours will be available dependent on performance.

Requirements:

- 2+ years brunch experience

- 1+ years dish washing experience

- 1+ years line cooking experience

- Must be self-managed, ethical, hard-working, passion for scratch cooking, a high attention to detail, clean, organized and be able to work in a team environment

- Able to work under pressure

- Ability to follow instructions, recipes and procedures

- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team

- Available to work weekends and holidays

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must possess the ability to consistently maintain all company and industry safety and sanitation practices and standards
