Director of Event Broadcast
California, San diego, 92101 San diego USAServiceNow is looking for a standout Event Broadcast Director to help drive the success and growth of digital strategy for our flagship strategic events. The Director of Event Broadcast Strategy will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of broadcast strategies for strategic live events. This role will require a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and leadership experience to ensure the seamless production and delivery of high-impact broadcasts.  What you get to do in this role:  Strategic Planning & Execution  Lead the development and execution of comprehensive broadcast strategies for live events, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.  Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external broadcast partners to create custom broadcast solutions for each event, considering both technical and creative aspects.  Develop and manage budgets for broadcast operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high production quality.  Innovative Broadcast Operations  Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., 4K, VR/AR, remote production, cloud-based solutions) into event broadcasts.  Manage the end-to-end process of event broadcasting, from pre-event planning to post-event analysis, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.  Collaborate with production, technical, and creative teams to develop broadcast formats that enhance the viewer experience.  Oversee coordination of broadcast equipment, personnel, and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.  Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively introducing innovative solutions that improve the broadcast experience for both live audiences and remote viewers.  Evaluate new broadcast tools, software, and platforms to enhance broadcast efficiency and creativity.  Promote best practices in live event broadcasting, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.  Leadership & Stakeholder Management  Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and technical support, to maximize efficiency and output.  Lead and mentor a team of broadcast professionals, providing guidance on technical execution, best practices, and innovation.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key broadcast vendors, freelancers, and industry partners.  Collaborate with event producers, directors, and other stakeholders to optimize broadcast content and delivery.  Ensure the highest standards of broadcast quality, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events.  Implement processes for post-event analysis and feedback to continually refine strategies and improve future broadcasts.
