If so, the Qualcomm Developer Marketing team is hiring!Qualcomm Developer Marketing's goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world by providing the right technical education, tools, and resources to enable developer success. Central to our developer interaction is the Qualcomm Developer Network portal where we provide an end-to-end developer journey. This role would be responsible for working across company-wide technologies and vertical initiatives, from 5G, AI and mixed reality, to IoT, automotive and robotics, to manage business execution of developer engagement priorities through this portal.Responsibilities include:
Driving program execution in alignment with the ideal, frictionless developer journey that is tuned for specific vertical initiatives and targeted developer personas
Working across product, engineering, product marketing and developer marketing leads for coordinated execution of developer-targeted initiatives, including managing scheduled deliverables on time and on budget
Mapping content deliverables to the digital journey, including execution of consistent taxonomy
Managing cadence of developer content refresh and/or expiration to ensure relevance, accuracy and quality
Conducting data-driven analysis of website, promotion and nurture activities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Formulating processes for soliciting and addressing developer community input to maximize ease of use and engagement
Reporting on performance to stakeholders and Qualcomm leadership team
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of relevant operations experience.ORAssociate's degree and 5+ years of relevant operations experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant operations experience.Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years program management experience
Semiconductor, wireless or other high-tech experience
Experience working with and growing communities around a technology
Web program management experience, including web analytics
Organizational savvy skilled at conflict resolution
Strong team player effective at bringing together diverse leads on aligned goals
Program management certification
International business experience
Familiarity with Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager and Marketo
