Description Seeking for a System Network Administrator to troubleshoot IT issues across multiple sites like laptop, desktop, printer, and network problems. Requirements Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting their Office 365 environment and other Microsoft tools

Troubleshooting IT issues across their multiple sites like laptop, desktop, printer and network problems.

Resolve advanced technical problems with LAN/WAN

Must Haves:

Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively

Basic Windows Server, desktop administration and troubleshooting experience & Networking fundamentals like routing, switches, WiFi access points

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and put in a lot of steps

Malware/spyware/anti-virus software

SCCM

Andrio and iPhone experience
