We are open to fully remote if you are not located in San Diego based on experience. You will help plan and execute the company’s communication and content strategies for the purpose of amplifying vision, mission, and values, as well as advancing key corporate initiatives. As the Communications Manager the following duties and responsibilities will be part of this opportunity, but are not limited to them:

Help plan and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that informs and engages multiple tiers of employees.

Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to develop and build high-impact content and communications plans.

Identify creative ways to pack and distribute content, as well as oversee the production of email announcements, newsletters, presentations, intranet updates, and more that highlight people, priorities, and culture.

Collaborate with all levels of the business, and third-party agencies to create content assets, and best practices.

Maintain a comprehensive internal communications and content calendar to schedule all aspects of the creation and delivery of content/ communications throughout the year.

Requirements for our Communications Manager:

5 years of similar HR Communications experience within an agency or corporate setting.

Has knowledge of internal communications.

Has excellent verbal communication and can have clear, effective communication within all levels of the business.

Experience with multimedia content, creating, and distributing.

Strong tech background with different media platforms.
