Randstad Technology client is searching for a Senior Windows Admin to join their San Diego team. The ideal candidate will manage day to day IT help desk needs. They will be responsible for:

Ensure proper daily operations of the Linux and Windows systems such as Jira, Confluence and internally developed tools
Install, maintain and upgrade Linux and Windows server hardware and software
Manage and monitor infrastructure hardware and software, 3rd party software,

responsibilities:

Ensure proper daily operations of the Linux and Windows systems such as Jira, Confluence and internally developed tools
Install, maintain and upgrade Linux and Windows server hardware and software
Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality
Mitigate systems risks, backing up systems, resolving outages, and ensuring data integrity.
Advanced troubleshooting of emergency situations on the network, develop detailed solutions to complex systematic problems
Perform system & application patching and upgrade of equipment firmware
Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures
