This is an opportunity to implement data engineering activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. Supporting tactical and strategic data infrastructure, you'll have the chance to architect data systems, stand up data platforms, build out ETL pipelines, write custom code, interface with data stores, perform ingestion, and deploy models. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have:- 1+ years of experience writing sof tware in programming languages, including Python
- 1+ years of experience with source control and collaboration sof tware, including Git or Atlassian tools
- 1+ years of experience with extract, transform, load ( ETL ) operations, including on-premises or cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of machine learning approaches, te chn iques, and their advantages and disa dvantages
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database te chn ologies, including SQL or GraphQL
- Knowledge of automation and scripting on Linux or Windows operating systems
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience deploying analytics workloads on platform as a service ( PaaS ) and sof tware as a service ( SaaS ) , including AWS EMR / Redshift / SageMaker or Azure Databricks / SQL Data Warehouse / Machine Learning service
- Experience with distributed or parallel programming frameworks, including Apache Spark or NVIDIA CUDA
- Experience with infrastructure as code ( IaC ) frameworks and services, including Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience developing and presenting complex te chn ical information for both te chn ical and non-te chn ical audiences and senior leaders
- Experience with developing and deploying large-scale batch and stream analytics pipelines
- Experience in working with integrated groups comprised of customer success managers, infrastructure engineers, data scientists, and sof tware engineers
- Experience with DoD information systems
- Master's degree in Mathematics, C12CS, or a related quantitative field
- Cloud development Certification, including AWS Solutions Architect or Azure
- Information security Certification, including Security+ or CISSP
