Designers/Architects Wanted

We are a full service construction company specializing in ADU's and full remodels, seeking a full time Designer/Architect to be part of our Team.

Duties include:

-Drafting and quality control of work

-Consultant coordination

-Client communication

-Agency outreach, research and submittals

-Preparing permit packages & applications

Requirements

- At least 2 years of work experience.

-Proficiency in drafting, communication and team collaboration.

-Strong communication skills

- Must be able to work in office and visit customers on site.

- Must be proficient with CAD, and sketch-up

- Some construction knowledge is preferred

-Microsoft word

Compensation will be based on level of experience. Higher pay for more than the min. experience required will be recognized as well.
