Position Overview:

As an installer / technician at Rosales Mechanical Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that our clients indoor environments are comfortable, efficient, and safe. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC systems.

Install new HVAC equipment, following industry best practices and safety guidelines.

New construction , remodeling , change outs , ac add ons.

Split systems , heat pumps / soffit fan coils ,multi zone mini splits / wall mounts/ cassettes/ ducted systems .

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve complex HVAC Issues.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients’ questions and concerns.

Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent:

HVAC EPA certification preferred.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
