Customer Service Representative

Custom Printing and Auto Dealership Supply Company looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, personable individual who is articulate, organized, has excellent communication skills and can multi-task.

Should enjoy a team oriented environment. This job will entail a broad spectrum of process oriented tasks. Previous customer service and office experience required. A knowledge of the printing industry a plus.

Computer literacy

Customer Service skills: in person and on the phone

Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

Up selling skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Knowledge of Sage (computer software) a plus

Previous work in a car dealership a plus
