Some of the responsibilities include: Greeting residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor; Managing incoming calls, inquires and requests promptly and professionally; Coordinating and delivering packages and assisting with mail handling; Logging in all guests and workers; Move tandem parked cars.

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; A current drivers license and background check.
