Customer Service Representative Needed in Carlsbad
California, San diego, 92101 San diego USAEastridge is looking to staff a customer service representative to work for a client in Carlsbad.
This would be a long term contract-to-hire position.
A preference may go to a customer service rep who also has some experience working with medical devices or in production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
As the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, your primary
responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and furnishing comprehensive product/service information. This entails:
Answering Inquiries: Promptly and accurately responding to customer
queries regarding our products. Investigating and resolving customer
issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, striving to achieve
satisfactory outcomes. Offering detailed explanations and guidance to
customers on product features, specifications, usage instructions, and
troubleshooting procedures.
Problem-Solving: Employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
to identify root causes of customer concerns and devise effective solutions
to meet their needs. Effective Communication: Communicating clearly
and professionally with customers, utilizing active listening skills to
understand their needs and concerns before providing appropriate
assistance
Documentation: Accurately documenting customer interactions, including
inquiries, issues, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken, to maintain
comprehensive records and facilitate future reference.
Adherence to Policies: Ensuring compliance with company policies and
procedures while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues,
maintaining consistency and integrity in service delivery.
Complete all batch data records completely, according to Quality Systems
standards as required. May perform other related duties as required and/or
assigned.
Will work with temporary employees. Must be able to train temporary
employees on techniques and processes, communicate clear instructions,
oversee their work, and verify that the work has been completed to
specification. Collaborating closely with the team and aiding wherever
necessary.
Clean warehouse and offices according to the House Keeping SOP. Keep
the warehouse and Production Area neat and always organized in order to
maximize efficiency.
Receive customer purchase orders (P.O.), enter sales orders (S.O.), print
pick lists, print pack lists and invoices, enter shipping information into
UPS, and print UPS labels.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school graduate is a minimum. A college degree or currently attending college with
some related experience would be a plus. Medical Device manufacturing/GMP
experience is helpful, but not required.
