Bookkeeper

Full charge bookkeeper required. Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop and Excel. You will be the sole accounting person reporting directly to the owner, responsible for invoicing receivables, posting payments, A/P and payroll entries from outside P/R firm. Company is reviewed annually by independent CPA and you will liason with them for the financial statements and tax return.
