Family owned Auto Repair Shop is looking for a Leader to help run the day to day operations.

We are looking for someone who

Is a established technician who wants to share their knowledge

Is comfortable with some selling service

Can help motivate the staff in positive ways.

Disperse work to 6 techs and work with their strengths.

Use proven system to move work through the shop efficiently.

Mentor technicians on learning new technology and repairs

Some helping find hard to find parts.

Keep shop already organized and running efficiently

Hold team accountable for quality work while having a fun work place.
