Currently, we are seeking an Account Manager for our Rancho Cordova location, located at 2459 Mercantile Dr., Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.

Core Responsibilities:

Accurately assess vehicle damage for both walk-in and scheduled estimate appointments, demonstrating proficiency in all facets of collision estimating including production, parts, and the use of Update Promise.

Conduct vehicle check-ins with customers upon drop-off.

Exhibit proficiency with estimating and management software such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex, and manage multiple tasks effectively across different platforms including Nexsyis, CCC1, Mitchell, Parts Trader, and OPSTrax.

Ensure all documentation complies with insurance DRP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), California BAR regulations, and Kniesel’s Collision SOPs, securing necessary authorizations.

Dedicated to superior customer service by: Providing clear, consistent communication regarding repair plans and vehicle status updates; addressing any customer concerns to achieve full satisfaction upon completion of repairs; preparing and finalizing the necessary paperwork for the customer packet before vehicle delivery; conducting a final quality control check of the vehicle, recording findings in CCC1 and on our quality control cling; facilitating the delivery of the vehicle to the customer after completing repairs.

Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Ability to physically handle tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 20 pounds.

Professional appearance and a well-maintained grooming standard.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $25-32 Flat Rate DOE
