Senior Systems Administrator

Candidate must be located in Sacramento and travel to client's site as needed.

• Ability to deliver IT projects including network and server environment upgrades, customer email migrations, and general customer environment onboarding on premise or in Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and experience installing and configuration with various application.
• IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications, M365, Microsoft Azure as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft, and VMware.
• Experience working with VPN including installing and configuration on-site for customers as needed.
• Working on-site with various clients supporting cloud access adding users, restricting access, and adding user groups.
• Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.
• Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations.
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
