Job Description:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce to enhance our online sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking high-quality photographs of our products, crafting compelling item descriptions, and managing listings across various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

Take professional-quality photographs of products for online listings.

Write detailed and enticing descriptions of products, highlighting key features and benefits.

Post and manage product listings on our website, as well as other online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Craigslist Offer UP & Facebook marketplace etc.

Monitor online sales performance and adjust listings as needed to increase visibility and sales.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details and availability.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align product listings with ongoing promotions and campaigns.

Keep abreast of online sales best practices and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in online sales or e-commerce is a plus.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling product descriptions.

Basic photography skills and a good eye for product presentation.

Familiarity with online sales platforms and tools.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
