Security Officer Job - Part Time

Part Time Security Officer position $21 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Patrol and monitor premises on foot regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment

- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access

- Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and appropriately

- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents

- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:

- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively

- CPR and first aid certification is a plus

- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment

- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices

- Ability to maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Schedule: Friday - Sunday Overnight shift 10 pm to 6 am

- Experience: 2 years Security

- Active Guard Card (Required)
