Loss Control Specialist

This person provides a visible presence at the store entrance and exit. Mitigating theft, fraud and maintaining a safe work environment for customers/associates.

Responsibilities:

- greeting customers

- deterring theft with a physical presence

- partner with store leadership to ensure compliance of Loss Prevention directives

- Minimize operational shortage

Must embrace company values and have a mentality to protect all Spirit Halloween merchandise
