Retail/ Customer Service Associate

Job description

We are seeking a part time Shipping Associate/ Store Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. Assist our mailbox rental customers and more.

Responsibilities:

Provide great, friendly and knowledgeable customer service is your number one priority. You will work with customers one on one.

Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or materials.

Process transactions for customers using POS cashier system. Helping customers with all requests from shipping, retail sales, printing, taking passport photos and more.

Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or materials.

Stock retail shelves.

Cleaning: mop and vaccum floors and one employee only restroom, dusting etc

Accept incoming mail and packages. Place packages in customer mailboxes and lockers.

Assist customers with shipping inquiries.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience at another mailbox shipping and packing store or in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred.

Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills.

Basic ability to operate Microsoft Office and Adobe programs.

Some basic design ability using either of Microsoft or Adobe programs.

Must have used copy machines, scanners, and printers.
