​​A reputable law firm in Sacramento California, is seeking a dedicated and experienced paralegal to join our team.​​ Fully remote, although residence within 50 miles of Sacramento or Bay Area is required. ​​Real estate and business legal experience preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation, including legal research, document preparation, and case management.​​ Strong people skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

​​- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.​​ ​​- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.​​ ​​- Manage case files and maintain organized records.​​ ​​- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court proceedings.​​ ​​- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.​​

Qualifications:

​​- A minimum of 1 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation, of any type. - Proficiency in legal research tools and software.​​ ​​- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.​​ ​​- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.​​ ​​- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.​​
