Attorney 0-5 Years Experience

We are a busy law firm that tries a lot of large cases. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to take depositions and prepare strategy plans for cases for mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

It would be helpful but not mandatory if applicants have experience in all aspects of litigation including:

-Initial pleading and filing

-Propounding and responding to discovery

-Drafting and responding to motions

-Preparing pre-trial and trial documents

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

-0-5 years of experience

-Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, also CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules
