Utility Worker

We have vacancies on our team for Utility Workers to work in the Sacramento area.

Full - Time

You will perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect.

Responsibilities

Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, and rugs.

Floor Strip and Waxing

Carpet Cleaning using Commercial Equipment

Be able to follow instructions

Perform Minor repairs

Skills and Qualifications

Good communication skills

Ability to lift and move at least 50 Lbs.

Good organizational skills

Excellent time management skills

Utility Worker Requirements

CDL or equivalent/pass a Background screening

A clean DMV record is required

High School Diploma (Preferred)

Ability to manage time efficiently

Work well without supervision

Must be 18 years or older
