Qualifications

Proficient in various demolition activities, including the use of power tools and hand tools, removing drywall, utilizing hack saws, operating sledgehammers, interior demolition, construction, and general labor tasks

Adept at dismantling drywall and ceiling panels

Responsibilities

Demolishing drywall, ceiling panels, blocks, and brick facades

Cutting steel studs with a hacksaw, using a sledgehammer to take down walls, and employing hand tools to remove boxes and mounts

Stripping flooring, carpets, shingles, and managing all phases of interior demolition work

Benefits

Hourly compensation: $18 - $25.00

Anticipated weekly hours: 40 – 80

Typical 8-hour to 12-hour shifts
