Looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join our small construction and maintenance team.

Duties And Responsibilities Include:

Perform maintenance and light repairs

Perform routine landscaping on the grounds

Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs

Assist in calking and painting projects

Assist in the installation of cabinets and appliances

Undertake duties as assigned

Identify and report the need for major repairs

Requirements:

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems

Must be a team player and work well with others

Attention to detail

Good communication skills
