Business partner needed

I own a successful bicycle shop in Fair Oaks Village and have been working the last few years to obtain the permits to add a cafe to our retail space. I have the permits now and have realized that I simply don't have time to launch/run the cafe while also growing the bicycle business, and that's where you come in! I would like to partner with a local restaurateur - the permits are done, the beer/wine license is done, even the equipment is purchased! The hard stuff is done, and now you and I can work together on the project and see the buildout complete. Did we mention we're in Fair Oaks Village, an up and coming tourist destination in the Sacramento area?! This is a great opportunity for a new business owner or a veteran. Can offer a $175k investment (total cost $350k and we'll cover half)

Is passionate about good coffee, beer, and wine, and be happy supporting a business model focused on sustainability - we are planning a predominantly plant-based menu, sourcing compostable packaging, shopping local, etc.
