Experienced Cooks/Prep cooks/ BOH

Local favorite, Back Bistro restaurant in the Palladio mall in Folsom is looking for experienced cooks, prep cooks, and dishwasher's to join our team. Knife skills and basic knowledge of how a professional kitchen works is a must. Must be reliable, team oriented and willing to have fun while providing consistent quality work. Must be able to read and follow recipes consistently. We are looking fill full and part time schedules. Candidates should be available for morning or night shifts.

Candidates with strong brunch/ egg experience is a huge plus as we serve busy brunch on the weekends and hope to expand.

Wages will be based on experience and can increase on proven skill level.

At Back Bistro we have created a team atmosphere with both FOH and BOH willing to help the team in several job duties as we rely on the TEAM to execute daily tasks.
