Mobile Bartender/Servers Needed

Job Overview:

We are looking for versatile and experienced Mobile Bartenders who can also serve as Event/Banquet Servers when needed. This role requires someone who is skilled in bartending, event setup, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with travel, setting up mobile bars, and providing excellent service across various locations in and around the South Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending Duties:

Mobile Bar Setup: Set up a mobile bar, ensuring all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are in place.

Drink Preparation: Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event needs.

Customer Interaction: Engage with guests professionally and courteously, taking drink orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.

Inventory Management: Keep track of bar stock and supplies, ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked and organized.

Cleanup: Maintain a clean and tidy bar area throughout the event, and handle breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event.

Event/Banquet Serving Duties:

Event Setup: Assist in setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other event essentials as required.

Serving: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests as needed, including addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.

Post-Event Cleanup: Help with clearing tables, breaking down the event setup, and ensuring that the venue is left in good condition.

Logistics & Travel:

Material Pickup: Pick up materials and supplies from a designated local venue.

Travel: Drive to various event locations in and around the South Bay area, ensuring timely arrival and setup.

Equipment Handling: Safely transport and set up bar equipment and supplies at each event location.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in bartending and event serving is required.

Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills: Strong customer service, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., bar equipment, cases of beverages), and stand for long periods.

Work Schedule: Varies depending on event bookings, with availability required on weekends and evenings.
